Your goal would be to write not only about well-known Japanese food like Tempura and Ramen, but also going deep on the topic of the food that the audience has never heard about. It might be some local food as well as restaurants that nobody knows. Besides, because our audience is young people we welcome funny and experimental content.
Desired Writer
Because our audience lives in Australia we would prefer an Australian national. Also, rather than a person living in big cities like Tokyo or Osaka we would prefer (but this is not a requirement) an individual who is living in a rural area so he/she could introduce local goods, restaurants and traditional art like kitchen knifes or cooking goods.

We are now looking for writers to rewrite/edit articles for 2,000 yen, it will take half the time so you could do two of these at the same time as writing one article!!
