Sendai Monitor Tour

Begins at 10am on the 14th at Sendai Station
Finishes at 5pm on the 15th at Sendai Station

Experience Sendai City's local and traditional culture!
You can participate in Sendai's Donto Festival and learn more about Sendai!

Schedule:
Day 1 (1/14)
10:00-10:30 Gather at Sendai Station
10:30-12:00 Visit Zuihouden (瑞鳳殿),Aoba Castle (青葉城),Osaki Hachiman Jinja (大崎八幡神社)
12:30-13:00 Lunch
13:00-17:30 Preparation for the festival
17:30-18:00 Photo taking time
18:00-19:30 Donto Festival
19:30~21:00 Naorai Ceremony

Day 2 (1/15)
~10:30 breakfast
10:30~12:00 Visit Akiusato Center
12:30~15:30 Geisha
15:30~17:30 Work Shop

What is the Donto Festival?
Also known as the "naked man festival," the Donto Festival has been celebrated in Sendai since the Edo period.

***Accommodation fees, transportation fees, activity fees, and meals will all be covered by the organizers.
You can go to Sendai for free, stay in a Sendai ryokan for free, and eat local foods!
*All souvenirs and meals not included in the tour itinerary must be purchased by the participants themselves.

REQUIREMENTS
- 20s to early 40s
- No Japanese ability required
- Applicants that have YouTube channels and/or blogs will be given priority
