At Guidable Inc. we aim to “Remove borders between foreigners and Japanese”.
It is our goal to connect international residents of Japan who are searching for short-term jobs with companies looking to hire foreign individuals with distinctive skills. We support internationals in Japan with little or no Japanese by helping you find the short-term or freelance job you seek. We help you find your job and provide you with language support on the way. Our job categories are “event”, "marketing cooperation”, "interpreter/translation" and "others”, and include such jobs as one-off teaching, article writing, and market survey research free experiences.

Guidable will be hosting a 1 day internship for international students in Japan. Our goal is to create a better future for foreigners in Japan, and to do that, we’re looking for fresh-minded interns. During the internship, the participants will work on a business case study in groups and present it to the host.

CONTENT:

Think of an new business plan which can benefit all stakeholders of Guidable
Budget: 1,000, 000 yen
You can utilize the resources we provide (not mandatory)
Please calculate the cash flow (cost & revenue, break even point etc.)
Please explain how you are going to execute it (sales strategy, marketing strategy etc.)
Consider the needs of both foreigners and Japanese company
Your idea must be feasible and profitable

Through this internship, you will learn about the current field of marketing and promotion, and improve your skills and knowledge of this competitive industry.
