Do you want to have a large impact on the restoration of Fukushima that continues after the Tohoku Earthquake? Have your say and show your native country how this part of Japan is rebuilding after the earthquake of 2011. Your influence will help the Fukushima tourist board receive support from overseas in its restoration project, so this is a big chance to really make a change.
The impact of the 2011 Tohoku Earthquake that occurred in 2011 continues and the total number of tourists for the Fukushima Prefecture is 4.7% lower than 2010, the year before the earthquake disaster.
A symposium will be held on 2nd March 2019 in the new J Village, the symbol of Fukushima restoration. In order to spread the restoration plans to the EU, where Fukushima are receiving a lot of support for building, we are looking for an influencer to help promote their plans.
Transportation fees to Fukushima, lodging during the job period, any fees required according to the schedule (transportation, entrance fees, participation fees, interpretation fees) will be provided.
Applicants will be required to deliver information after visits in English and your native language on Internet media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube, blog etc).

Must be available from 27th February to 3rd March 2019 (actual work promotion work will be from 28th February to 1st March). Must be over 18, currently live in Japan (those living around the Tokyo area will be prioritized) and have an interest in the tourism industry. Must be able to promote information regarding Fukushima tourism and the restoration situation in English and your own native language. Must have an understanding of Japanese culture, sports, and the renovation situation and be able to express that information. Must be a member of the EU or have followers in the EU.
